Delete your account

You can permanently delete your MyBeatz account and its associated data directly from the app.

From the app

Sign in to your account.
Open the Profile page.
Under “Manage my account,” tap “Delete account.”
Read the warning, then confirm deletion.

If you can no longer sign in

Send the request from the email address linked to your account to contact@mybeatz.ai.

Delete only some of your data

You can delete a creation without closing your account: open Library, open the actions menu for the relevant beat, then select “Delete.” You can also remove favorites and change your preferences from the app.

To request deletion of another specific item of data, email us from the address linked to your account at contact@mybeatz.ai.

Data that is deleted

Deletion removes the profile, creations, favorites, preferences, and other data directly associated with the account. This action cannot be undone.

Some transaction, license, fraud-prevention, or compliance records may be retained for the period required by law and accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
