By accessing or using MyBeatz ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
3. Subscriptions, credits, and billing
- Paid plans may renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Credits (if applicable) may be required for certain features.
- Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card details.
4. User content
You may submit prompts and create content using the Service. You represent that you have the rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.
5. Prohibited use
- Using the Service for unlawful activities or to infringe rights.
- Attempting to disrupt, hack, or reverse engineer the Service.
- Uploading malicious code or abusing rate limits.
- Generating or distributing content that violates applicable laws.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, branding, and software are owned by MyBeatz or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them except as permitted by these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or that generated outputs will meet your expectations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBeatz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Payments, renewals and refunds
- The price, currency, billing frequency and included items are displayed before payment is confirmed.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals without removing paid benefits before the end of the current period.
- Credit packs and Marketplace licenses are separate purchases. Refunds remain subject to mandatory consumer rights and the terms displayed at purchase.
12. Immediate performance and withdrawal rights
When requested at checkout, MYBEATZ begins supplying the service or digital content immediately, before any applicable withdrawal period ends. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you acknowledge that performance beginning after your express consent may cause you to lose the corresponding withdrawal right, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory rights for other services remain applicable, and any amount due is calculated according to the service already supplied.
13. Confirmation, evidence and disputes
MYBEATZ and its payment provider may retain the accepted terms version, language, date, order reference, billing identity, and delivery or usage logs needed to confirm the purchase, prevent fraud, and handle support, refund, or dispute requests. A fraudulent dispute, unauthorized payment, or abuse may result in purchase suspension and revocation of credits or content funded by the affected payment, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
14. Beat marketplace and licenses
The seller warrants that they hold all rights required to list each beat and grant the displayed licenses. The terms, price, and license version accepted at payment are stored with the order and bind the seller and buyer. The buyer pays MYBEATZ, which collects payment, deducts the displayed fee, and credits the seller share after confirmation. A refund, dispute, or fraudulent payment may reverse the related earnings. An exclusive sale removes the listing without cancelling valid non-exclusive licenses sold earlier.
