2. Information we collect
- Account information: email, name, profile image (if provided via sign-in).
- Usage data: pages viewed, actions in the app, device and browser info.
- Payment information: when you subscribe, payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). We may store customer/subscription identifiers but not your full card details.
- Content you create: prompts, generated beats, and related metadata you save in the app.
3. How we use your information
- Provide and maintain the Service (authentication, billing, credits, features).
- Improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- Communicate with you about important service updates and account-related messages.

Marketplace and sellers
To operate the marketplace, we store the seller public profile, published listings, orders, licenses, earnings ledger, and a limited download history used for fraud prevention. The destination selected by a seller for payouts (bank account, PayPal, or crypto address) is encrypted at rest and can only be accessed by authorized administrators processing that payout. Buyers pay MYBEATZ through Stripe; card data remains processed by Stripe.
Email and performance measurement
MyBeatz emails may contain a random identifier used to measure delivery, opens, clicks and an attributed purchase without placing the email address in our analytics tools. These events are sent to Google Analytics and PostHog with a pseudonymous user identifier. Advice and discovery emails include an unsubscribe link; receipts, licenses, security messages and payout notifications remain available when required to provide the service.
