We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You can contact us to exercise these rights.
To operate the marketplace, we store the seller public profile, published listings, orders, licenses, earnings ledger, and a limited download history used for fraud prevention. The destination selected by a seller for payouts (bank account, PayPal, or crypto address) is encrypted at rest and can only be accessed by authorized administrators processing that payout. Buyers pay MYBEATZ through Stripe; card data remains processed by Stripe.
MyBeatz emails may contain a random identifier used to measure delivery, opens, clicks and an attributed purchase without placing the email address in our analytics tools. These events are sent to Google Analytics and PostHog with a pseudonymous user identifier. Advice and discovery emails include an unsubscribe link; receipts, licenses, security messages and payout notifications remain available when required to provide the service.
When a seller connects a YouTube channel, Google provides its identifier and public channel information together with limited permissions to upload selected videos and add the product link in a comment. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Videos are uploaded directly from the seller’s browser to YouTube and are not stored by MYBEATZ. Sellers can revoke this access at any time from their Studio or Google Account. This data is used in accordance with the YouTube API Services policies and Google Privacy Policy.

The connection is optional. After you authorize it, ChatGPT can receive your pseudonymous account identifier and display name, current account entitlements and credit balance, and the titles, metadata, statuses and links of requested beats. MyBeatz receives only the parameters needed by the selected tool, such as the reference artist and requested BPM, not your full conversation history. These details are used to fulfil your request, track generations and protect your account.
Tool results are sent to OpenAI for use in ChatGPT and are handled under the policies applicable to your OpenAI account. Operations also use the MyBeatz hosting and generation providers needed to deliver the service. MyBeatz passwords and payment data are not sent to ChatGPT tools; you sign in directly on MyBeatz. We do not request passwords, login codes or API keys in the conversation.
An authorization expires after 30 days, and access tokens last no longer than one hour. Authorization credentials are stored as hashes and periodically cleaned after the authorization expires. Prepared generation requests expire after 30 minutes; their records are cleaned approximately 30 days after that expiry. Created beats and the normal account history remain subject to the retention periods described in this policy. Pseudonymized technical counters limit abusive requests; they are not used for advertising or to reconstruct conversations.
You can decline the connection, immediately revoke an authorization or request deletion of your data. Revocation prevents new access through that authorization; it does not remove existing beats or results already sent to ChatGPT.
